Humanization and digital presence: Boosting Escutamente with design and connectivity.

Escutamente - Clínica de Desenvolvimento e Saúde
Escutamente is an institution dedicated to promoting emotional well-being and comprehensive development for people of all ages. With specialized services such as clinical psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, and psychomotor therapy, the clinic's mission is to help its clients overcome challenges, achieve emotional balance, and discover their potential. With locations in Serpa and Évora, it offers in-person and online services, standing out for its empathy, excellence, and focus on personal transformation.

The Challenge
The main challenge in this project was to develop Escutamente's visual identity and website from scratch.
The clinic had no digital presence or defined brand elements, which required the development of a complete branding strategy aligned with the company's values and objectives. In addition, as a trusted partner from the outset, it has been essential to provide ongoing support in marketing, design, and website improvements, helping to consolidate the clinic's digital presence and effectively convey its mission and services to the public.

Visual Identity and Print Design
The creation of Escutamente's visual identity was fundamental in establishing a cohesive and professional brand.
To reflect the clinic's values of empathy, trust, and personal transformation, I developed a simple and modern logo with a soft color palette that conveys serenity and warmth.
In addition, the design of printed materials such as window displays, business cards, flyers, and posters was conceived to reinforce this visual identity. Each piece was designed with the aim of communicating the clinic's services in a clear and inviting way, aligning aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a consistent presence both online and at the physical point of contact with customers.

Website and Digital Communication
When developing the website, the main priority was to create an intuitive and easy-to-navigate platform where users could quickly find information about the services, the team, and the clinic.
The website design followed the defined visual identity, with greater emphasis on a clean and modern interface.
I integrated practical features such as contact forms with email filtering on the clinic's technician pages, allowing customers to easily schedule appointments and interact directly with the clinic, as well as facilitating the organization of all contact requests.

Digital Presence
To complement the design work, digital communication was optimized with an SEO strategy, ensuring that the website was easily found by potential customers.
The digital presence was further reinforced with social media campaigns, using Facebook and Instagram to increase reach and interaction with the community, as well as establishing a more direct and personal communication channel with customers.


The result
Since its inception in May 2022, Escutamente has shown significant results.
The number of new users on the website has grown by around 90%, with a good return rate of 11%.
Most of the traffic comes from direct access (around 53%), followed by organic searches (approximately 47%) and social media.
On social media, Facebook reach increased by 25%, with visits and new followers also growing, while Instagram recorded a +25% reach, reflecting good interaction with the public.
These results show consistent growth in the clinic's online visibility and the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies implemented.
