Uniga - Intermediário de Crédito

Uniga is a company dedicated to helping families save money and find the best credit solutions. With a free, personalized, and reliable service, it transforms financial management into a simple and accessible experience.

In order to simplify and demystify what a credit intermediary is, Gabriel Ramos approached me to help him create and develop a brand that was approachable, trustworthy, and simplified.

The challenge

For some people, credit intermediaries are still a service associated with mistrust and uncertainty.

For this reason, the brand needed to convey the necessary trust and proximity, based on a completely digital and uncomplicated process.

In order for the entire process to become digital, it was necessary to develop an effective, simple, and efficient website, as well as a secure web platform with the latest technologies, where sensitive documents could be transmitted.

Uniga: A company of People, with People and for the People

During the discovery and creative direction sessions, we found a name that alone can convey all the values that Uniga represents. In addition, it can be uniquely combined with the name of its founder, Gabriel.

That is how the name Uniga came about. A Company of People, with People, and for People.

An approach based on personalization and flexibility.

I prioritized flexibility and efficient content management to support the Uniga team.

The strategic choice was to use Webflow as the platform of choice for an easy-to-use and easily customizable CMS.

The component-based construction and design of the website further increased flexibility, allowing Uniga to create and update content quickly.

My priority was to ensure that this modular approach remained a priority throughout the project.

Collaboration and innovation

A platform for simplifying credit analysis processes and the transmission of sensitive documents was one of Uniga's priorities.

In collaboration with Pipecodes, a company specializing in e-commerce, digital transformation, and state-of-the-art customized solutions, we developed a secure document management and signing application tailored to Uniga's needs. I was responsible for project management and UI/UX, with the development of the web app carried out by Pipecodes.

The result

A digital ecosystem was created for Uniga, with a user-friendly website and a versatile web application that allows for easy and secure management of the documents needed for credit analysis.

From the brand and intuitive web interface to the web application, these digital solutions have enabled Uniga to offer a customized, easy, and reliable service to its customers, marking its debut as a strong player in the credit intermediary sector.
